Job Responsibilities:
- Lead processes yield improvement to reduce rework and scrap
- Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment or processes related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity, and capabilities
- New machine set up
- Plan to implement preventive and break down maintenance programs to ensure optimum machine uptime
- Evaluate the break down history and performed machine modification or up grading to keep machine performance in tip top condition
- Train and provide coaching to maintenance Technician to improve their competency response to reduce machine down time
Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in related disciplines
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Able to work under pressure & multi task with minimum supervision
- Independent and good interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customer with accurate orders in safe and timely manner.
- Plan delivery sequence and meet delivery schedules.
- Collect and verify all delivery orders have been acknowledged by customers.
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle safety at all times.
Job Requirements:
- At least SPM level
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess Class E driving license
- Able to drive forklift
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control all the production activities to implement the quality checking to ensure the optimum quality of products
- Monitor the inspection of online packaging specification and metal detector to ensure high standards of safety and quality
- Act as sensory panel for sensory testing and sampling in production
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least SPM Certificate or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in Manufacturing environment
- Familiar with sensory evaluation technique will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and check the food safety requirement from incoming to final product
- To assist in microbiology lab activity and moisture analysis
- Verify the HACCP document and related record
- In charge for ATP monitoring program
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least SPM Certificate or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in Manufacturing environment
- Candidate must be independent and willing to learn
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the facility equipment in factory
- Ensure that all production deadlines are met
- Ensure that all machinery and products run smoothly
- Committed to daily good housekeeping and personal hygiene
Job Requirements:
- Able to work in factory environment
- Good attitude
- Willing to work in Kulai
- Able to start work immediately
